End-of-day reports
Each person files one report a day before the cutoff your company sets. Admins review it, send it back with feedback, or lock it. Links and the recurring tasks it covers attach to the report, and a draft survives a closed tab.

Free for your company · IST and INR built in
End-of-day reports, tickets, attendance from the fingerprint device, leave, payroll and chat. One sign-in for everyone, one record for the company. Create it in a minute, invite your team, and the paperwork does itself.
Works in any browser. Windows app v1.1.1 available below.
What’s inside
Each module is built to the same rules, shares the same people, and writes to the same record. Nothing to connect, nothing to sync.
Each person files one report a day before the cutoff your company sets. Admins review it, send it back with feedback, or lock it. Links and the recurring tasks it covers attach to the report, and a draft survives a closed tab.
Upload the fingerprint machine's export. Pulse reads every punch and marks present, late, half day or early departure against your office rules. Holidays win, approved leave is honoured, and HR can correct any day with a reason.
Channels, direct messages, threads, reactions, voice notes, files, pins, saved messages and search. Seen receipts on every message, forwarding inside the company, and nothing visible to anyone outside it.
Anyone can raise a ticket for anyone. It announces itself in the two people's DM as a live card, so it can be picked up and moved along without leaving the conversation.
A private checklist with subtasks and repeats. Admins never see it, reports never include it. It is yours.
Daily, weekly and monthly templates that generate the day's instances on their own and mark them missed when nobody does them.
Request a range, HR approves or rejects, and the approved days land in the register by themselves. Each leave type is paid or unpaid, with a quota that advises rather than blocks.
Paid days, loss of pay and the days nobody recorded, computed from the register. Payslips, the company register and the payroll summary as PDF or CSV.
Joining date, department, salary with its dated history, the name the device uses, and a Markdown job description each person can read.
HR starts the exit, the leaver fills in handover and clearance and signs, HR countersigns, and the account switches off at the end of the last working day.
Daily HR reminders, an early-departure warning to the person it concerns, and a one-off broadcast to everyone when you have something to say.
Client records with per-person visibility, so each employee sees only the accounts they work on.
A day in Pulse
Pulse follows the day as it happens. Every entry is made once, by the person it belongs to, and the month adds itself up.
Times are Indian Standard Time. The cutoff, the office hours and the thresholds below are your company’s own settings.
09:12
The fingerprint device records it. When HR imports the day's export, Pulse marks the arrival present or late by your own threshold.
10:30
A designer raises a ticket for a developer. It appears in their DM as a card with a Start button, and on the board for everyone to see.
13:05
Three days next month. The request waits in HR's queue, oldest first, and is approved in a tap. The register updates itself.
16:40
Forty seconds, recorded in the browser. A colleague reacts, somebody replies in the thread, and everyone's unread count knows about it.
21:45
Fifteen minutes before the cutoff. What got done, what is blocked, a link to the work. The admin reviews it in the morning.
Month end
Paid days, loss of pay and unrecorded days per person. The payroll summary and every payslip, generated from what was actually recorded.
One account, every company
Sign up once with a verified email. Create a company and you are its Owner; accept an invitation and you join someone else’s. One login, a switcher between them, and a separate role in each.
01
Created the company. Sets policy, changes roles, can hand ownership over.
02
Runs the day: reviews reports, approves leave, exports payroll.
03
People, not projects. No EOD inbox, no client list.
04
Works like an employee, files a report like one, and sees the same tools.
05
Their own day, their own record, their own checklist.
Company policies
The report cutoff, working days and hours, when late begins, when a half day begins, how many late comings are free, the late fee, professional tax, leave types with paid or unpaid and a quota, and how much notice leave needs.
Change a rule and Pulse saves a new version from the next payroll month. Every earlier month is still calculated with the policy that applied then, so a payslip from March never changes because you changed your mind in June.
A new company starts with nothing inherited: no fees, no tax, no leave types. Attendance and payroll stay off until you confirm the setup.
Security
Every row in PostgreSQL carries the company it belongs to, and row-level security checks your membership on every read and write. A screen cannot show what the database refuses.
Email verification before anything else. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. Sessions live in HttpOnly cookies that the browser cannot read, and a password change signs every other device out.
Chat attachments and voice notes sit in private storage, never on a public bucket. A download link is signed, scoped to one person and expires. Leaving the company closes the door.
Companies on Pulse never see each other. One account can belong to several, and each membership is checked on its own.
Everywhere you work
Everything works in any modern browser. Install it from the address bar and it opens like an app, with a tab bar built for one hand.
Signs in once, lives in the tray, starts with Windows, and raises chat and mention notifications natively, window closed or not.
Two themes authored side by side, not one tinted. Follows the system or your choice, per device.
Windows app · v1.1.1
The Windows app is the same Pulse behind the same sign-in. It keeps your chat connection alive in the system tray and raises messages and mentions through Windows itself. Everything else, it opens in a window of its own.
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)~2 MB
Open the installer. Windows may warn that the publisher is unverified: choose More info, then Run anyway.
Use the account you created in the browser, or accept your company's invitation first. The session is remembered on this computer.
Closing tucks Pulse into the tray so notifications keep arriving. Quit from the tray icon when you want it off.
Verify your address, create the company, set the cutoff, invite the first person. Pulse is free for your company to use.
